We are seeking an organized, well-rounded individual with strong communication skills and strong knowledge of SOA and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies to manage multiple SOA/EAI projects. Prior consulting experience is favored. Successful candidate is expected to have strong project management capabilities that span from business and technical requirement gathering to definition of an architecture and ultimately the implementation and production rollout of full-scale solutions. Must be able to establish, track and assess project goals, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets using popular project management tools. Ability to foster professional growth of system architects and developers on projects is important, as well as writing service delivery proposals and responding to RFPs. Travel will be required and is dependent on home location.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects involving all phases of lifecycle
• A solid background in managing projects over $300-400K
• Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle methodologies
• Ability to manage a team comprised of consultants of various levels and functions working on multiple projects
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
• Proven success dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Experience with application development employing a variety of SOA and integration products (i.e. Web Application Servers, Java EE, .NET, Enterprise Service Bus, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BS in Computer Science (MBA is preferred) or 5+ years of work experience in the computer industry

We are looking for individuals who are well versed in current and emerging SOA and Integration technologies and are capable of using these technologies to solve complex business problems across an enterprise including Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the translation of business requirements into high-level technical architectures. He/she will facilitate business and technical discussions, oversee the selection and evaluation of appropriate middleware products and will provide technical expertise to Account Managers, business clients and overall leadership to project teams regarding service delivery. He/she is expected to have strong design capabilities that span from a definition of an architecture to detailed design specifications. Ability to assist in writing service delivery proposals and respond to RFPs is important. Travel will be required and is dependent on home location.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in architecting large-scale distributed applications including service oriented applications
• 5+ years of in-depth experience in one or more middleware technologies (i.e. Web Application Servers, Java EE, .NET, Enterprise Service Bus)
• Complete understanding of full life-cycle projects (planning, analysis, architecture, design, implementation, deployment)
• Strong knowledge in software engineering models and patterns
• Strong understanding of C++ and JAVA
• OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) techniques
• Familiarity with OO tools-based development (UML, Rational Rose)
• Experience with Web technologies (HTML, XML, SOAP, Web Service technologies, Servlet engines, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to teach seminars and present at high-display conferences is a big plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
• MS in Computer Science or 8+ years of work experience in the computer industry

The successful candidate will work with technical team members on design and development of complex service oriented architectures including integration of SOA applications with back-end legacy systems in the context of delivering Service Oriented Integration solutions. Must possess in-depth technical background and hands-on experience of middleware technologies (Web Application Servers, Java EE and/or .NET, Enterprise Service Bus, etc). Experience in development of medium to large business applications is desirable. The position requires solving technical problems through innovative ideas that may involve research and developing new solutions, techniques and methodologies. Travel might be required and is dependent on home location.

We have immediate opportunity for a senior sales representative who will be responsible for selling ISG's project-based IT consulting services

This position requires strong experience with the full sales life cycle, including lead generation, a team approach to follow-through on pre-qualified leads, management of existing accounts, development of sales plans and forecasts focused on achieving ISG's agressive growth strategy. A strong emphasis will be placed on establishing partnerships between ISG and new accounts on a C-level executive basis.

Successful candidates must have 5-10 years experience selling technology focused consulting services and/or middleware products, and have demonstrated achievements in pro-active solution oriented sales. He/she should have a conceptual understanding of the technology and services that relate to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) as well as the development of e-Business applications in B2C and B2B scenarios.

Candidates must be confident in presentations to corporate executives of large organizations, have strong negotiation skills and be able to manage various sales activities in a small, fast growing IT services company. Strong existing contacts are a plus.
